  • Do you provide event insurance?
    Yes, we provide $2-million in general & liquor liability insurance.
  • Do you provide the alcohol?
    We can help you put an alcohol order together but due to state laws you'll need to purchase the alcohol directly from a retailer of your choice.
  • How do we book Blackbirds & Tonic?
    It's as easy as 1, 2, 3! First, select the "Get a Quote" button on our site and submit a proposal. Second, schedule a virtual consultation. Third, sign our service agreement and pay a 50% retainer to secure your event date.
  • What is the difference between the Cocktail Bar & Full Bar Services?
    The Cocktail Bar Service is limited to 2-4 specialty cocktails you select from our menu. The Full Bar Service includes specialty cocktails & fresh juices & garnishes so we can make all of the classic cocktails and basic mixed drinks.
  • Can I cancel after booking?
    Yes, our contract outlines our cancelation policies. There are fees associated with canceling, so please make sure you are ready to book when you sign your contract. We are limited to the number of events we can do on any given day and when you book, we stop taking inquiries for your event date.
  • Can you create a custom cocktail menu for our event?
    Absolutely! We love creating custom cocktails based on our clients’ favorite flavors and ingredients. During our virtual meeting, we’ll chat about everything, including your cocktail menu :)
